We are well-known for fast, personal service to thousands of accounts nationwide. We protect our dealers by selling wholesale only to hobby and craft stores--no retail, mail order, or Internet sales are made nor are we connected with any of the above. In other words, we are not a competitor of the retail store. Also, we protect the hobby retailer by not selling to any internet only, mail order, basement or show only operations. We know that not having the overhead of a legitimate storefront is the largest threat to the model hobby retailer.
